How to Make Curry Chicken Burgers
Step 1:
Combine ground chicken, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, minced cilantro, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, then mix until well combined. Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, then place on a plate in the fridge to chill for about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
While the patties are chilling, make your maple tahini sauce: Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a measuring cup until smooth.
Step 3:
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add the chilled patties, then let them cook for 5-7 minutes on one side or until golden, then flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes on the second side or until cooked through.
Step 4:
Serve curry chicken burgers on buns topped with romaine lettuce, red onion pieces, and maple tahini sauce!

WHAT TO EAT WITH CURRY CHICKEN BURGERS
When I make Curry Chicken Burgers, I like to add a few easy sides. I enjoy crispy sweet potato fries or a small green salad. Sometimes I make roasted corn on the cob.
I also like fresh cucumber slices with a little salt. And for a yummy treat, I like to have Phyllo Pizza Rolls, they are crispy and so good with the burgers.
