Okay, these mini charcuterie bites are one of my new favorite party appetizer hacks! It’s basically a charcuterie offering but on cute little cocktail picks that are super covid friendly and very easy to assemble while still looking fancy.

Just pick up your favorite hard cheese slice it into 1/2-inch cubes then top the cheese with a small slice of prosciutto or your favorite cured meat then an olive and secure it with a cocktail pick and voila! An adorable tasty app that will impress your guests!

  • 16 oz of your favorite hard cheese (I used smoked gouda)
  • 5 oz prosciutto slices (or another cured meat)
  • 30-40 of your favorite stuffed olives (I used truffle cheese stuffed olives)
  • 30-40 toothpicks or cocktail picks

How to Make The Cutest Mini Charcuterie Bites?

Step 1:

Cut cheese into cubes about ½ inch x ½ inch.

Step 2:

Slice prosciutto into narrow strips and fold over onto itself.

Step 3:

Top cheese cubes with folded prosciutto and an olive then pierce with a toothpick/cocktail pick.

Step 4:

Repeat until all ingredients are gone then serve!
