SPECIAL last Saturday of Summer cocktail edition blog post!!!!!!
LAST summer recipe, I swear. Though, rosé is totally a year-round thing for me. Just sayin’
Oh wait… would you consider boozy coconut lemonade a summer recipe?! Asking for a friend.
… that recipe might be coming next week, whoops!
Whatevs. Lemonade is also a year-round thing.
OKAY, rosé peach punch… which should really be named rosé peach strawberry punch but I really liked how peach punch sounded so I nixed the strawberry from the title.
What else is in this punch you ask? LET ME TELL YOU.
Honey
Brandy
Strawberries
Peaches
Rosé
White wine
Club soda
Basil leaves
Sounds so fresh and so goooooooood right?!
I thought so too. Also, it’s crazy super easy to make… all you do is mix the ingredients up in a fancy pitcher then let it sit in the fridge for 4-6 hours before serving. DELICIOUS. Summer in a pitcher. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the last weekend/week of summer by making up a batch of this tasty rosé peach punch!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 bottle rose
- 1/2 bottle white wine (I used a sauvignon blanc)
- 1 cup club soda
- one bunch basil leaves
Instructions
- Add brandy and honey to a large pitcher then stir until well combined. Next, add the sliced peaches and strawberries (leaving a few out for garnish), rose, white wine, and club soda then stir to combine. Add a large handful of basil leaves (again, leaving a few out for garnish) to the pitcher then refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Serve punch over ice and garnish with a few pieces of strawberries, peaches, and basil. ENJOY.
