2tbspsadobo sauce from canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
3tbspssoy sauce
3tbspschili powder
1tbspsea salt
1tbsponion powder
1tbspgarlic powder
2tspsdried oregano
2tspsground cumin
1/2tspground cinnamon
for serving: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, and/or avocado slices
Instructions
Place all ingredients except for the “for serving” stuff in the bowl of your slow cooker (so ground chicken through cinnamon). Cover with the lid then cook on low for about 8 hours, stirring every once in a while if you can.
Divide chili between bowls, top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, and/or avocado slices!
