Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain.
While pasta is cooking, heat one tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add the diced chicken sausage and corn. Cook until sausage and corn are warmed through, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, whisk together remaining 3 tbsps olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add diced peaches, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and baby arugula to the bowl to toss to combine.
Once the pasta, sausage, and corn are done, add them to the bowl too along with the crumbled goat cheese. Toss everything together again to make sure it’s all fully incorporated then serve!
