1lblean ground beef
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tsppaprika
healthy pinch salt and pepper
2cupsbeef broth
8ozdried pasta shells
115oz can tomato sauce
2cupsshredded white cheddar cheese
1/2cupmilk
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add the ground beef and spices, breaking up the beef and mixing in the spices with your cooking utensil, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Next, stir in the beef broth, pasta shells, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook until the shells are tender and the sauce is slightly thickened, 8-10 minutes.
Remove the skillet from heat then mix in the shredded cheddar and milk until the cheese is melted and smooth.
