Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • healthy pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz dried pasta shells
  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add the ground beef and spices, breaking up the beef and mixing in the spices with your cooking utensil, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Next, stir in the beef broth, pasta shells, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook until the shells are tender and the sauce is slightly thickened, 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat then mix in the shredded cheddar and milk until the cheese is melted and smooth.
