In large pot or dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, cumin, and garlic powder to the pot. Stir to coat turkey with spices, then cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
Add chopped onion, minced jalapeño, plus a healthy pinch of sea salt and black pepper to the pot with the turkey then sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
Add chili powder, black beans, tomatoes and green chiles, tomato paste, veggie stock, and frozen corn to the pot. Stir until well combined then bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Ladle chili into bowls and top with preferred toppings!
