Combine ground chicken, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, minced cilantro, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl then mix until well combined. Form mixture into 4 equal size patties then place on a plate in the fridge to chill for about 15 minutes.
While the patties are chilling, make your maple tahini sauce: Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a measuring cup until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add the chilled patties then let them cook for 5-7 minutes on side one or until golden then flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes on the second side or until cooked through.
Serve curry chicken burgers on buns topped with romaine lettuce, red onion pieces, and maple tahini sauce!
