peanut butter bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter divided
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter until well blended
  2. Press the mixture above evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 pan
  3. Melt chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter according to the chocolate chip’s package instructions; once melted, stir until smooth
  4. Spread melted chocolate and peanut butter from step 3 over the peanut butter graham cracker “crust” in the 9×13 pan from step 2 then top with sea salt
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into pieces to serve!
