Set out two old fashioned cocktail glasses (aka short cocktail glasses) and fill them with a couple pieces of ice each.
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, apple cider, and egg white in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very chilled.
Strain the cocktail between the two glasses then garnish with lemon slices!
