Mini Charcuterie Bites

INGREDIENTS

16 oz of your favorite hard cheese (I used smoked gouda) 5 oz prosciutto slices (or another cured meat) 30-40 of your favorite stuffed olives (I used truffle cheese stuffed olives) 30-40 toothpicks or cocktail picks

Step 1

Cut cheese into cubes about ½ inch x ½ inch.

Step 2

Slice prosciutto into narrow strips and fold over onto itself.

Step 3

Top cheese cubes with folded prosciutto and an olive then pierce with a toothpick/cocktail pick.
