Your Thanksgiving cocktail is here… apple cider whiskey sours!
Tom and I both love a good whiskey sour and no I’m not talking about the gross one your college bar makes that is just whiskey and sweet & sour mix (#sorrynotsorry). I’m talking a REAL ONE with only bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white!
RAW EGG WHITE? Yes… it shakes up with the other ingredients to create a rich, creamy texture along with a smooth head of foam that is undeniably delicious. As the name of this recipe suggests, I added apple cider to spice the classic recipe up for fall and ohhhh weeeee is it GOOD!
